Slowly put the noodles in a saucepan of boiling water so that the water covers all the noodles. Bring the pasta to the boil again and now reduce to medium heat. Then cook the pasta for 4-5 minutes. Drain the pasta in a sieve and briefly rinse with cold water - done.
