Details
Rapunzel Pasta Speciale is made from milled Italian emmer semolina and pure spring water according to time-honored tradition. It contains 65% of the grain. After pressing and shaping using a special die, it is slowly and gently dried for 24 hours at a maximum of 60°C.
Try the other emmer pasta varieties: spaghetti , spirelli and whole wheat spirelli!
