Details
Rapunzel Pasta Semola is made from ground Italian durum wheat semolina and pure spring wheat water according to Tradition. The dough is formed into long, thin strips and then in sheet form cut. After shaping, the slow and gentle drying takes place over 5 hours at a maximum of 75°C.
Preparation
Uncooked Lasagne sheets with the rest of the ingredients alternately in a baking dish layers. Top noodle layer with Sauce, cover and bake in the oven at 200°C for approx 35-40 minutes to bake.
