How to germinate the mung bean sprouts
Before sowing and eating, rinse the seeds thoroughly with clean water. The formation of fiber roots is possible. Use 2 tablespoons of seeds per seed tray or germinating jar. Soak for 12 hours. Water twice a day and harvest after 3-5 days. The ideal germination temperature is 18-22 ° C.
