How to germinate properly
Soak before germination. Rinse thoroughly with clean water before consumption. Formation of fiber roots possible. Use 1 tablespoon of seeds per seed tray or sprout jar. Soak for six to twelve hours. Water twice a day and harvest after 3-6 days. The ideal germination temperature is 18-22 ° C.
