How to germinate the alfalfa sprouts
Rinse thoroughly with clean water before sowing and eating. The formation of fiber roots is possible. Use 1 tablespoon of seeds per seed tray or germination glass. Soak for four hours. Water twice a day and harvest after 6-8 days. The ideal germination temperature is 18-22 ° C.
