This is how you germinate properly
Soak before sprouting. Rinse thoroughly with clear water before consumption. Formation of fibrous roots possible. Use 2 tablespoons of seeds per seed tray or sprouting jar. Soak for 12 hours. Water twice a day and harvest after 3-5 days. The ideal germination temperature is 18-22°C.
Consume raw only from the 4th day.
