Use
Buckwheat can be ground into good flour. The flour pancakes and Blinis like to be baked. But also in casseroles, as a side dish or roasted as Kasha, buckwheat is very popular. Also as a porridge or gruel of buckwheat are especially well digestible cooked.
Buckwheat wash and in the double amount of water and bring to a boil. A little salt and about 15 minutes to cook.
