Brahmi, the Ayurvedic medicinal plant with what feels like 1000 names - Centella asiatica, tiger grass, pennywort, mandukaparni, just to name a few. In Ayurveda, its effect is referred to as medhya, which means memory-improving. For this reason, Brahmi is a popular plant for many students, especially when it comes to exams. Then the tea is drunk regularly.

Pour 1/2 l of boiling water over 1 tablespoon and leave to stand for 5 minutes.
