Bauck Mühle organic Pinsa dough is the perfect gluten-free alternative for anyone who wants to enjoy the traditional flavour of Pinsa. The combination of sourdough and high-quality organic ingredients creates an airy, flavoursome dough with a crispy edge and fluffy crumb.
This gluten-free baking mix is not only easy to prepare, it is also vegan, additive-free and wheat-free. It is ideal for anyone who wants to consciously avoid gluten or enjoy a wholesome, handmade pinsa.
This baking mix makes the perfect base for individual creations - whether classic with tomato sauce and mozzarella or creative with vegetables, vegan cheese or savoury toppings.
Preparation
Simply mix with water and oil according to the instructions, leave to rest and then bake. The result is a delicious, homemade pinsa with an authentic flavour in just a few steps.
