Something exotic it may be. This traditional Falafel recipe is seasoned with Cumin, garlic, coriander and pepper. The Basis for this meal is a mixture of chickpeas and chickpea flour for best consistency. Since Bauck mill grind the chickpeas in the gluten-free Mini, this product is guaranteed gluten-free.
Preparation
The contents of the package in 250 ml of boiling water, stir, and 15 minutes to soak. The mass, again mix well and with moistened hands, form teaspoon-sized balls and place in plenty of hot Oil (e.g. olive oil) until Golden brown frying.
Recipe for special Falafel
Extra crispy: falafel balls before Frying in sesame roll.
Extra Spicy: 1 onion cut into small pieces and the mass to knead.
Extra Oriental: 1/2 bunch of fresh cilantro and chop in the mixture.
