The lentils are suitable for stews, soups and casseroles, as a side dish and for sauces or purees. The lentils are medium in size and cooked floury. They come from European cultivation in Spain and are packed at Rapunzel. Delicious!
preparation
Cook 1 cup of Troja plate lentils with about 3 cups of water for 30 minutes at a low temperature. Only add salt after cooking. Do not need to be soaked beforehand.
