The bark and fruit of the Arjuna tree (Terminalia arjuna) are used in Ayurvedic nutrition. The finely ground powder is gently produced from the bark at temperatures below 40°C. It comes from Indian and Sri Lankan fair trade and organic projects.
Consumption recommendation
Take one level measuring spoon daily in 2 portions between meals. Pour boiling water over it, leave to infuse briefly and drink warm. The daily intake of 4.20g herbal powder contains 669.90mg polyphenols.
