Details
The blends are always freshly prepared and ground shortly before despatch.
Store in an airtight container in a dark place if possible.
The mixture contains yellow-coloured turmeric.
Directions
Wrap 60g of the mixture with a finely chopped small onion and a lemon to make a kizhli (pinda sweda). You can also add 1 handful of coarse sea salt / Himalayan salt to the mixture.
For treatment with warm sesame oil or medicated oil.
