The Ur-salt in the 400g can of was evaluated in issue 4/2004 of Öko-Test "very good".
Harvest blessing Ur-salt rock salt from the Primal sea which dried up about 220 million years. This rock salt, the sea salt from prehistoric seas of the world - is located deep in the earth. Due to tectonic movements, it reached deeper and deeper under the earth's surface - protected from today's environmental influences. The Ur-salt, it is mined in salt deposits, mechanically crushed and the desired size for grinding.
Ur-salt of harvest blessing is mined in a German salt mine in several Hundred meters depth of mining, ground and bottled. There is nothing taken away and nothing added. It is natural, and ungehandelt.
