Arche - Gomasio with seaweed - 200g

Gomasio is a traditional Asian seasoning made from sesame seeds and sea salt. Rounded off with seaweed, the fine roasted flavour of the sesame is an aromatic, nutty alternative to salt.

Gomasio has been made from roasted sesame seeds and sea salt in Asia for centuries. Translated, gomasio simply means sesame salt. This traditional seasoning also has its fans here, as the subtle roasted flavour of the sesame makes it a nutty alternative to pure salt. It also enriches dishes with the valuable ingredients of sesame, such as its high protein content. Arche Gomasio is vegan, organic and tastes great with vegetables, pasta and rice dishes, woks as well as salads, soups and bowls. May contain traces of gluten, soya and crustaceans.

Preparation

Only add Gomasio at the table or at the end of the cooking time, do not cook with it.
