Herbaria fir smoked salt is a coarse sea salt, sustainably sourced in a nature reserve in Spain. It was cold-smoked in the Black Forest style over fir and beech wood from sustainable forestry and juniper berries from organically certified wild collection. Due to the naturally intense smoky aroma, this smoked salt is ideal as steak or grill salt, as a hearty note for vegetarian and vegan dishes and as a natural smoke aroma for BBQ marinades, sauces, stews or egg dishes. In the mill, the salt can be freshly ground directly over the dish at any time.
