Agar agar jellies, fine terrines, fruit jellies, fruit spreads or cream cakes are particularly versatile.
Store in a dry place.How to use organic agar agar
Mix 2 level teaspoons of agar agar with 1/2 l of liquid, bring to the boil briefly, allow to cool for approx. 5 minutes and process; results in a firm jelly.
Tip: To ensure that agar agar gels optimally, add some mild fruit or fruit juice to very acidic fruit. When boiled, Arche Bio Agar Agar smells of the sea, but it evaporates quickly.
By the way: agar agar only gels when it cools down to approx. 35 ° C.
