The light balsamic vinegar Condimento Bianco by Byodo comes from the heart of the Italian vinegar production Modena. The fine mixture of organic white wine vinegar and concentrated organic grape must tastes wonderfully harmonious and pleasantly mild. Thanks to its light color, it is particularly appealing and seduces with its mild, natural acidity.
Like all vinegars from Byodo, the Condimento Bianco is obtained through natural vinegar fermentation. It is not sulphurized.
