The Byodo raspberry vinegar give ripe organic raspberries to the intense berry flavour and a beautiful bright-red color. These are processed to fine raspberry wine and raspberry concentrate. The wine is then fermented at warm temperatures slowly to vinegar. This procedure is called a continuous vinegar fermentation.
The finished vinegar is flavoured with raspberry concentrate and prior to bottling, only filtered.

As with all Byodo he is sulphurised vinegars absolutely natural and is neither heated, nor. So valuable enzymes and flavours are a delicious way to get. Cloudiness or deposits on the bottom of the bottle, as well as possible the formation of flakes mean no loss of quality. Quite the contrary! Recipe: Raspberry-Honey Dressing

• 4 TABLESPOONS Byodo raspberry vinegar
• 1 TSP honey
• 1 shallot
• 6 TABLESPOONS Byodo almond oil, native
• Byodo Atlantic Sea Salt
• Pepper
• Herbs to taste

Preparation:

Raspberry vinegar and honey together, stir in the shallot, dice finely and with the Oil under stirring. The Dressing with salt, pepper and fresh herbs to taste and just before Serving over your favorite salad.
