The balanced, spicy taste of Arche Teriyaki is determined by Tamari soy sauce, rice syrup and mirin. Onion powder and ginger create a special tension, while we do without garlic completely. The teriyaki is thickened a little so that the seasoning adheres well to the food.preparation
