Arche - Organic Wakame Seaweed - 25g

ARCHE Organic Wakame is dried seaweed from Spain with a pleasantly spicy flavor. The seaweed tastes delicious in soups, stews, salads, and vegetable and tofu dishes. Note: Seaweed contains salt.

preparation

Rinse the wakame in cold water, soak it in cold water for 5 minutes, and drain. Cook it in fresh water for 2 minutes (disregard the soaking water). Be sure to follow the preparation instructions.

Ingredients

Wakame* (Undaria pinnatifida), gently dried (<42°C)

*from ecological collection in the Bay of Biscay and Portuguese marine waters

Naturally rich in iodine . Excessive iodine intake can lead to thyroid dysfunction. Therefore, the German Nutrition Society recommends an average daily intake of no more than 0.2 mg of iodine. The maximum daily intake is therefore approximately 1 g = 1 teaspoon of dried algae. Always prepare the product according to the instructions.
