You will need: 1 tsp oil, 130-150 ml warm water and some flour for rolling out
Gradually add water and oil to the baking mixture and knead into a dough. Knead another 2-3 minutes on the table until smooth. For more fluffiness, let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
Dust the work surface with flour. Divide the dough into 5 equal pieces, form into balls and roll out into hand-sized flatbreads about 2 mm thick.
