Miraherba Pitta Tea is a powerful combination of brahmi, turmeric, liquorice, pomegranate pieces, cardamom, rose petals, almond leaves, ginger and Indian laurel. The ingredients have been carefully selected to balance the Pitta dosha and bring your body into harmonious balance.
Our Pitta tea is ideal for people who long for peace and harmony without slowing down their energy. Due to its cooling properties, the tea is also suitable on hot summer days.
Effect
Known for its calming and cooling properties, Brahmi helps calm the mind. Turmeric is a powerful antioxidant and has anti-inflammatory properties that can help balance Pitta. Licorice and pieces of pomegranate support the immune system and give the tea a natural sweetness. Cardamom and rose petals give the tea a floral aroma, while almonds and ginger add a delicious and nutty flavor. Indian laurel is known for its cleansing and detoxifying properties.
preparation
Boil 1 tablespoon with 1/2 l of boiling water, leave to steep for 10 minutes or simmer in the same amount of water for 5 minutes.
Sweeten with jaggery or whole cane sugar as needed.
