While conventional pasta specialties of this type are often deep-fried in order to speed up the drying process, our original Mie noodles made from wheat and egg are only blanched with the help of steam and are therefore pre-cooked fat - free .
preparation
The pre-cooked noodles can be prepared in no time and are therefore wonderfully suitable for quick dishes from the wok, the pan or for delicious soups.
Boil the Mie-Noodles like normal noodles in plenty of salted water for about 3 - 5 minutes or simply pour boiling water over them and leave them covered for about 9 minutes. Then add to the pasta pan or soup.ingredients
