Vata, Pitta and Kapha together are Tri Doshas. These are the three elements that harmonise our health. According to Ayurvedic teachings, people are categorised into three groups according to their physical and mental characteristics: Vata, Pitta and Kapha types. Regardless of which group you belong to, it is advisable to drink all three types of Vata, Pitta and Kapha herbal teas regularly and alternately.
When we have a cup of our Tri Dosha tea in front of us, it looks dark yellow to copper-coloured. Its flavour is difficult to define at first: it tastes exotic, simply different and, above all, spicy. At the same time, it is soothing and warming. Even chilled or cold tea can be drunk with pleasure.

The temperature of the water for the infusion of Tridosha tea should be 85 to 90 °C and the infusion time 5 minutes; alternatively boil for 3 minutes.
