Mallow leaves, also known as cheese poplar, contain valuable mucilage and are popular in herbal medicine as a tea or cold extract for coughs and flu-like infections.
Recommended dosage
Add 1 tablespoon to 1/2 litre of boiling water and leave to infuse for 5 minutes.
