Rapunzel - Spirelli Semola - 500g
Spirelli – One of the most popular pasta varieties in the world. They absorb sauces wonderfully and taste delicious in pasta bakes. The finest Italian durum wheat semolina and pure spring water, as well as slow and gentle drying at low temperatures, ensure their typical flavor and the perfect bite when cooked.
Rapunzel Pasta Semola is made from milled Italian durum wheat semolina. It contains 65% of the grain. After pressing and shaping using a special die, it is slowly and gently dried for 10 hours at a maximum of 60°C.

Preparation instructions
For every 100g of pasta, bring 1 liter of water to a boil and add salt. Add the pasta to the water and stir gently. After the cooking time is complete, add a little cold water to stop the boiling, and drain the pasta. Cooking time: 7 minutes.
