Preparation: instructions for approx. 25 pieces

ingredients
225ml cold water, 2 tablespoons neutral oil (e.g. frying oil), some oil for the pan

Preparation:
1. Put the mix with water and oil in a bowl and mix well. Let swell for 2-3 minutes.
2. Shape the mixture into walnut-sized balls with dampened hands.
3. Heat plenty of oil in a coated pan and brown the balls on all sides.

Recipe tip vegan cream sauce
Melt 3 tbsp vegan butter in a small saucepan and add 4 tbsp flour while stirring. Pour 300ml vegetable stock and 250ml vegan cream onto the smooth mass, also stirring. Add 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp tomato paste and some salt and pepper and simmer for 10 minutes. Always stir well.

Serve your vegan Køtbullar in the classic way with a fruity cranberry sauce, hearty mashed potatoes, cream sauce and fresh parsley.
