Vegan and organic! It also works without eggs: ARCHE VegEgg is THE vegan alternative to eggs. With the versatile and economical vegan egg substitute, you don't have to miss out on the dough-loosening and binding properties of eggs. Simply mixed with cold water, you can use Bio VegEgg in many recipes such as sponge cakes, waffles, pancakes, casseroles and gratins. VegEgg is not suitable for preparing egg dishes such as scrambled eggs.
preparation
Mix 1 slightly heaped tablespoon (approx. 7.5 g) of VegEgg with 30 ml of cold water, let it soak for 5 minutes and stir well again. You can use the mixed VegEgg in recipes like egg. 1 tablespoon of VegEgg is equal to one egg.
