Citric acid is suitable for refining and rounding off dishes and as a household aid in the kitchen and bathroom. Prevents the enzymatic browning of cut fruit and vegetables. As a gelling aid when preserving fruit spreads and for rounding off fruity dishes. As a water softener, for descaling or as an alternative fabric softener. The content corresponds to approx. 160 ml of fresh lemon juice.
