Preparation

Party tip

The smaller the patties, the crispier they are and are ideal for snacking. Served on a wooden skewer with pieces of vegetables, cheese cubes and a dip, they enrich any party as finger food.

Barbecue tip

Prepare the contents of the packet with 270ml water (instead of the traditional 300ml). Brush the patties well with oil on both sides and then place on the grill. Grill until crispy on both sides, turning several times.
