Try the rolls straight as a summer roll or fried as a spring roll. The traditional Arche soy or dip sauces are ideal for this. Typical fillings for the light specialty are vegetables such as carrots, white cabbage, sprouts, rice noodles and tofu.
With a diameter of 18 cm, the rice paper sheets are the ideal size for fine finger food.
Prepare and season the filling. Prepare a deep plate with warm water. Place the individual rice paper sheets in the water for 30 seconds. Put 2 tablespoons of the filling on each sheet of rice paper, fold in the sides and roll up tightly. Serve the rolls unroasted to taste, fry them until golden brown in a pan with a little fat, deep-fry them or brush them with a little oil and bake them in the oven until crispy.
